As plants absorb nutrients out of the water based solution of a recirculating hydroponics set up, nutrients get depleted. Growing plants naturally release root exudates that interfere with pH. Both the nutritive value and pH of the enriched water need to be constantly gauged and readjusted for successful plant growth.

  1. Fill your nutrient concentrate tanks.
  2. Fill your pH control substance tank.
  3. Connect the assembly to your continuous flow, recirculating hydroponic growing set up.
  4. Set probes and plug into your electrical source.
  5. Power on.
  6. Set your pH target, nutrient concentration in solution, dose time cycle, and exhaustion notification parameters.
  7. Get growing.

Product specifications:

  • Completely assembled and mounted nutrient film technique hydroponic culture solution control system.
  • An integrated Bluelab controller continually measures pH and nutrient availability in the circulating solution.
  • Electrical conductivity and pH probes are included.
  • Appropriate doses of different nutrients or pH influencing substances are subsequently released into the automated recirculating system as needed to replenish and upkeep the preset optimum levels.
  • Dosage configuration, on and off dosing cycle periods and targeted nutrient concentrations are clearly displayed and easily adjustable on a large digital readout.
  • Alarms can be set to alert you when particular parameters are out of customizable ranges and can be integrated with your greenhouse system triggers.
  • Personalized safety lockouts prevent excessive dosing.
  • Electrical conductivity and pH are calibrated using respective standard solutions.
  • Electrical conductivity measurement ranges from 0.0 to 5.0 mS/cm with a control range of 0.1 to 4.9 mS/cm. The resolution is of 0.1 EC with an accuracy of  ±3%.
  • pH measurement ranges from 0.0 to 14.0 pH with a control range of 0.1 to 13.9 pH. The resolution is of 0.1 pH unit with an accuracy of ±0.1 pH unit.
  • A two head pump is installed to deliver from either or both of the two nutrient concentrate tanks.
  • A one pumping chamber head pump delivers dilutes of acid or alkali to maintain pH.
  • All the components are consolidated onto a tubular steel stand and wired for 120V power.
