A drain to waste hydroponic set up employs the use of a culture solution delivery system with concentrations of nutrients and pH balanced for optimal plant growth. 

1. Fill your nutrient concentrate tanks.
2. Fill your pH control substance tank.
3. Connect the assembly to your drain and waste hydroponic system.
4. Connect to electricity and power on.
5. Set your nutrient concentration and pH target in solution parameters.
6. Set your fertilizing irrigation timing cycle.
7. Get growing.

Product specifications:

• Completely assembled and mounted drain and waste hydroponics nutrient solution scheduled delivery system.
• A two headed bellows pump pulls concentrated nutrient from two separate fertilizer tanks to prevent susceptible nutrient salts to form precipitates.
• A one headed bellows pump injects the pH controlling substance from its holding tank.
• Two PVC union connectors are included; one for water supply connection and the other to deliver the nutrient solution into the hydroponic growing structure.
• Hot and cold water valves allow temperature control of the culture solution for ideal root growth.
• Concentrated nutrient fertilizers and pH control are mixed in pre set ratios in an included main reservoir tank before being distributed at set intervals of time.
• The nutrient injection system will supply the drain to waste hydroponic configuration with nutrient enriched culture solution up to an adjustable rate of 17 GPM at 24 psi.
• All the components are consolidated onto a steel frame and pressure tested before leaving our manufacturing facility.
• The feeding system is compatible with any 24 V AC irrigation controller.
• All electrical connections are clearly marked in the drip proof control box.
• The control panel features automatic and manual switches with indicator lights for all functions. 
• The feed injector system comes equipped with an alarm kit to alert the grower if a pressure loss is detected. The alarm connects to a sensaphone or activates a 115 volt flashing light or buzzer if already available.
• A bypass kit is included for system cleanup and emergencies.
