Medusa Kale

Medusa is a striking kale with deeply frilled, dark green leaves highlighted by bright purple stems and veins. Tall, vigorous plants reach 60–80 cm (24–32") and produce long, sturdy stems for easy harvesting and bunching. Thick, waxy leaves hold well on the plant and after harvest, while excellent cold tolerance supports fall picking.
