Wild Crassostrea Virginica Oyster Seed MD

Wild brood stock of the Eastern oyster sourced from native oysters of the Choptank River tributary then bred at the Horn Point Lab Oyster Hatchery at the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science under low salinity hatchery conditions averaging 10 ppt. The salinity range is between 5 ppt to 15 ppt depending on the year.
